It caters for owner landlords who are fully up to date with the legislation relating to rented property, are in a position to have repairs carried out swiftly and legally and are happy to be involved with tenants. Landlords will probably live locally.

- Preparation of the Tenancy Agreement and Notice to Leave
- Provision of a rent collection service with electronic transfer of money into your bank account
- Advising tenant to report maintenance issues and numbers to call for emergency if you provide us with them
- Holding your deposit in our insurance backed client deposits account or show you how to deposit into the government backed scheme
